About
Before I found my footing in SaaS and account management, I was flying. Literally. I spent years as a flight attendant, including a season with the Chicago Blackhawks during their 2017-2018 NHL run, which taught me more about reading a room, staying calm under pressure, and delivering exceptional experiences than any training program ever could.
Today I bring that same energy to client relationships. I have spent 5+ years in account management and client success roles, working across SaaS and programmatic DOOH ecosystems, building the kind of partnerships that stick around beyond the first contract cycle.
I am a co-founder of North of Eden Consulting, a brand-building studio for early-stage founders, where I lead client relationships, project management, and growth strategy alongside a creative partner.
I am also pursuing a commission in the Air Force Reserves, because apparently I thrive with a full plate.

I own client relationships end to end. From onboarding to renewal, I focus on adoption, retention, and making sure clients can clearly articulate the value they are getting from the product.

I use Salesforce, Amazon QuickSight, Google Sheets, Jira, and Confluence to surface trends and translate them into clear recommendations that help teams act with confidence.

Experience
Co-founded a brand-building studio for early-stage founders. Leads client relationships, project management, contractor sourcing and oversight, and digital advertising strategy. Responsible for keeping every engagement on time, on scope, and on brand from discovery through launch.
Managed a portfolio of twenty programmatic DOOH accounts, built executive-level partner relationships, and served as the internal voice of the partner, translating client needs and feature requests into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering. Drove measurable outcomes through data-backed partner conversations and cross-functional coordination.
Rebuilt and scaled the company Knowledge Base, authored client-facing product documentation, and drove partner adoption of a new marketplace product by 43% YoY. Maintained a high-retention client portfolio while keeping cross-functional stakeholders aligned on timelines and deliverables.
Delivered high-touch service experiences in high-pressure environments. Developed a deep fluency in reading the room, managing client expectations, and staying composed when things do not go to plan. Skills that have transferred directly into every client-facing role since.
